Luxury villa with sea and mountain views in Alanya, Tepe

Our new project is located in a quiet area of Tepe near the city center
Alanya, with a view of the sea, the Alanya Fortress and natural landscapes
The Mediterranean coast.

On a plot of 1,050 m2 there are two villas, each of which has an area with
a plot of 245 m2 including a swimming pool and parking.

The villa is built on two floors.

Ground floor: salon, bathroom, utility room, and a separate room for work
(office).

Second floor: one of the bedrooms has a bathroom with Jacuzzi and a spacious dressing room,
two bedrooms with separate bathrooms.

Location: Tepe Mahallesi (1728 Ada 5 Persel). To the center of Alanya 3km, to the Port 4km to
Gazipasa Airport is 40km and Antalya Airport is 110km.

Design: Our project is designed with an exclusive architectural understanding.
Panoramic windows with double glazing with automatic shutters
of the Siemeps brand system, high-quality entrance iron doors and wooden
interior doors are installed.

The ceiling and walls are made of plasterboard with spot lighting (NHXMH brand), covered
with water-based paint. Electrical outlets with TV output are installed
antenna and air conditioners. The floors are lined with marble and granite slabs.
The kitchen has a built-in kitchen set. Fully equipped bathrooms
with installed plumbing.

Safety:

-Video surveillance cameras from STARLIGHT with night vision function, which
can be controlled via a phone.
-Intercom with video camera.
-Fire alarm system with a warning (notification to the phone).
-Territory lighting system.
