I want to tell you about my experience of buying an apartment in Turkey. I've been going to Turkey for a long time, I really like it here. I used to go to hotels, but then my friend's mom bought an apartment in Alanya and I became interested. She told how everything went, the whole purchase process from viewing to paperwork. I usually rested in large cities, and here she tells about the beautiful, clean, cozy and very calm city of Alanya. I had savings, so I went on vacation to Alanya. And there I started going to see apartments with the agency Gursoy Homes. The contact was given by my best friend's mom, she bought through them and was very pleased. I decided not to risk looking for anyone else, but to use her contact. How surprised I was to see Turkey from the residents. The apartments are beautiful, well renovated and with additional amenities. I chose a Serenity-type hotel complex in Mahmutlar (this is an area in Alanya). The complex is large, there are many amenities (swimming pool, hammam, fitness), a closed area under guard, can be rented (this complex is always in demand).
