Construction of a long-awaited shopping complex called AVM “Mahmutlar” has resumed in Mahmutlar.
After several years of downtime, the new owner of the shopping center, Ahmet Pashaoglu, owner of the shopping center “Alanium”, won the tender for construction.
It is planned that the AVM Mahmutlar shopping center will soon open and become a new shopping center in the city.
